Woohoo! I passed the ServSafe exam today! It's really not that hard but it's good to have it out of the way. For those who haven't taken it yet, I studied all the questions in the back of each chapter in the ServSafe book, took two practice exams provided by my instructor and went over flashcards online at Quizlet.com, there are several to choose from that have been made by other students. I also marked pages throughout the book with important temperature information. There were a lot of temperature questions so I would be sure to learn those.
